Treatment Update The Latest Set-Back

Day 1 of radiation is done! I’m feeling a little groggy but good. My next scheduled radiation is Monday and then Tuesday.

I’m not excited to be in the hospital through the weekend, but hopefully it’ will go by quickly.

On a different day.......

I woke up this morning, thinking I’d only been here since this past Thursday. It’s hard to believe, but today makes 11 days in the hospital. It feels like I just got here! I’m scheduled for radiation today and tomorrow. The encouraging news is that I’m walking well enough and I get to skip rehab and go home. I know I’ll gain strength even faster once I’m back in my own space, eating my own food, and taking walks around the neighborhood.
